This is my favourite variety to make in the factory! The aroma from the Queensland sun-dried tomatoes being chopped and then mixed is intensely delicious and that’s before I even mention the South Australian grown kalamata olives that we dehydrate ourselves – mouth watering smells abound! . I use this product in a healthy recipe for gluten free tabouleh. Simply cook the quinoa as per instructions, cool, then mix through chopped parsley, red onion, and ripe tomato. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon juice and some olive oil – all set to go!
