Wow! How good is this?? I’ve packed lots of goodies into this one – pumpkin seeds being one of them – so good! Walnuts are so good for our brains too – maybe that’s why they look like each other!
Brown rice is so good for us in so many ways and we all know how great quinoa is for us.
I love this one with a dollop of soft goats curd, creme fraiche or my home-made garlic yoghurt (natural yoghurt, garlic, chopped mint and salt). Yum!
Makes 2.3kg of cooked product – lots of full bellies here!
